Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. These terms

These terms cover your use of Kviria: the website, the Playground and the API. Kviria helps AI agents work out which place a person means and returns that place as structured data.

By using Kviria you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.

2. Who can use Kviria

  • You must be at least 13, or the minimum age for online services where you live.
  • The Playground runs on anonymous guest sessions. You are responsible for what is done from your browser, unless the law says otherwise.
  • The API needs a Kviria account: an app you allow on the connect page, or a key from the key page. You are responsible for what is done with your account, your key and the apps you allow.
  • Keep your key secret: anyone who has it uses your account and its balance. If it leaks, replace it on the key page. Kviria shows a key once and sends no email, so a lost key can't be sent again.
  • If you think someone else is using your session, your key or your account, or you lose your key, write to hello@kviria.com.

3. What the results are, and are not

An AI agent turns what a person said into a request, and Kviria answers it from open map data. In the Playground, an AI assistant is that agent and writes the replies. Any of these steps can go wrong. A place can be missing or out of date in the data, the request can miss what the person meant, and the assistant can word an answer badly or leave something out.

Kviria is in beta and covers the contiguous United States. A confidence value is an estimate, not a guarantee. Check anything important yourself.

4. Your decisions

You are responsible for what you do with Kviria's results. Don't rely on Kviria alone where a wrong answer could hurt someone or cause serious harm.

5. Payments and balances

The Playground is free. The API gives each account without a balance a free daily allowance. While an account holds a balance, each request is paid from it. You top up your account's prepaid balance from a wallet, in USDC on the Base network, with at least the price of one request. The wallet only pays; the balance belongs to the account.

  • Balances don't expire. A failed request is not charged.
  • You are responsible for your wallet, your key and their security. Kviria can't reverse onchain transactions.
  • The price is shown before you pay. Kviria may change prices for the future, but never for a payment that has already settled.
  • Prepaid balances are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.

6. Outside services

Kviria runs on outside services, including Cloudflare (hosting and the Playground assistant), Coinbase (payments), OpenFreeMap (the map) and Resend (email). The Privacy Policy lists what each one receives.

These services can go down, change what they offer or return wrong results. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.

7. What you may not do

  • Break the law or the rights of others.
  • Try to disrupt, overload or break into the service.
  • Get around security measures or usage limits.
  • Open accounts in bulk, or share or sell keys, to get more free requests.
  • Scrape or resell Kviria, unless we have agreed to it.
  • Present Kviria's results as guaranteed facts.

8. What you send us

What you send stays yours. You let Kviria process, store and pass it on as far as needed to run and improve the service, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Don't send anything you don't have the right to share.

9. Kviria's property

Kviria's software, name, design and original content belong to Kviria or its licensors. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service under these terms.

10. Changes

We may change, pause or stop features at any time, and we may update these terms. If you keep using Kviria after an update, the new terms apply to you.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, puts the service at risk, or must be blocked by law.

12. No warranty

Kviria is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will always be accurate, complete, available or fit for a particular purpose.

13. Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, Kviria is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using the service or relying on its results.

14. Governing law

These terms follow the laws that apply to Kviria's operator, and any consumer protections that the law gives you.
